The Press Club - Conference Room is ready for hire to hold press conferences, seminars, meetings, personal get-together etc. on its availability.

Capacity: Around 40 to 50 persons accommodation.

How to book the place: Enquire about the availability of the hall by phone call from 12 noon to 11.30 p.m. at 022-22622988 or 022-22623754 / 022-22621828 (Monday to Saturday) and confirm your booking by a letter addressed to:

by mentioning the date and time for the booking along with Rs. 1,000/- refundable deposit. (We accept cash from individuals and cash or cheque from organisations.) Deposite amount be claimed by producing only the original receipt.

Cancellation: The booking cannot be canceled and the charges are not re-fundable. The booking can be postponed for another time at its availability. For this, the client has to inform us by a letter within 12 hours.

Invitation on Fax: One page fax up to 25 newspapers' offices: Rs. 300/-
One page fax up to 40 newspapers's offices: Rs. 400/-
Over 40 newspapers' offices: Rs. 600/-

Terms & Conditions:

  • Outside Food & Beverages are not allowed
  • No stickers, only banners are allowed to display (size of banner 8x4 only)
  • Damages if any be charged to the party.
  • Payments can be made by cash or credit card immediately after the function.
  • Charges are not refundable on your programme cancellation.
  • Deposit amount be claimed by producing only the original receipt.
